By enrolling in the Service, designated contacts consent to receive automated SMS text messages and/or voice calls related to wellness check-in status updates. Message frequency depends on the check-in schedule configured by the administrator, typically fewer than 5 messages per month under normal operation.
Message and data rates may apply. To opt out of SMS messages, contact your system administrator. We do not use your phone number for marketing purposes.

Check-in data and account information are stored in an encrypted database on secured, access-controlled servers. Sensitive fields (such as authentication credentials) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. All data in transit is protected by TLS 1.2 or higher.
We retain check-in records for the duration of your active account. Upon account deactivation, data may be retained for up to 90 days before deletion.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting your system administrator. If you are a designated notification contact, you may opt out of messages at any time.
