These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CatNet personnel wellness monitoring service ("Service") operated by CatNet ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

CatNet provides an automated wellness check-in monitoring system. Authorized users submit periodic check-in confirmations via a mobile device. If a check-in is missed or a welfare check is requested, the system sends automated notifications (email, SMS, or voice call) to designated contacts.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and whose accounts have been provisioned by an authorized administrator.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your authentication credentials secure.
• You agree to provide accurate contact information for yourself and any designated notification recipients.
• You agree to obtain consent from any individuals you designate as notification contacts before adding them to the system.
• You will not misuse the Service to send unsolicited messages or for any purpose other than personnel wellness monitoring.

4. Messaging Consent

By designating notification contacts, you confirm that those individuals have consented to receive automated SMS text messages and voice calls from the Service related to wellness check-in status. Message frequency varies based on configuration, typically fewer than 5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Contacts may opt out at any time by notifying their system administrator.

5. Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any consequences arising from Service unavailability.

6. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CATNET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

The Service is a supplementary monitoring tool and is not a substitute for professional emergency services. In any emergency, contact local emergency services (e.g., 911) directly.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may request account deactivation by contacting your system administrator.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the applicable courts.
